A light, fresh and aromatic Viognier full of jasmine, vanilla, purple flowers, mango sherbet, peach and apricot aromas. The palate is dry, medium bodied with lovely fresh acidity and lively citrus and stone fruit along with apple, pear and some lemon zest and pith notes giving a nice phenolic grip on the long finish. Enjoy with Christmas/Thanksgiving turkey, Samosas with Mango Chutney, Chicken Satay, Cured meats, and Ribs with a fruity BBQ sauce.
